This course
We recommend you spend 1 year for each level:
Beginners | Intermediate | Advanced

Each level offers up to 36 videos.

Each video is between 10 and 20 minutes long - simulating what a 1 hour class with Adi feels like.

Recommended Format:
• Weeks 1 to 3: Learn 1 video per week
• Week 4: Practice all the steps learned through the month

Access to each level is valid for 1 year from the day you sign up.
